Originally from the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa, and now settled amidst the scenic landscapes of Switzerland, I've navigated life's many twists and turns alongside my two amazing teenagers. Transitioning careers and countries has taught me invaluable lessons about balance, resilience, and the power of believing in oneself.

For many years, I struggled with confidence. I was a people pleaser, constantly saying yes to others while neglecting my own needs and desires. My boundaries were weak, and my self-image was tarnished. I played small, convincing myself that I didn’t deserve a fulfilling relationship, a thriving environment, a meaningful career, or uplifting, positive people around me. Deep down, I knew I wanted more, but I made excuses to avoid pursuing the life I truly desired.

Everything changed when I experienced life-changing coaching. This opened my eyes to the reality that I wasn’t living the life I envisioned for myself. With the guidance of my coach, I overcame limiting beliefs, transformed my mindset, and made radical changes. I established new habits that allowed me to grow and thrive, and I knew I had to share this transformative experience with others.

With over ten years of experience as a makeup artist, I've seen countless women transform their external appearance but still struggle with internal confidence.
